FACTS

St. Paul School uses a program called FACTS to keep track of grades, attendance, parent/child information, lunches and more.  Each parent has access to this information every day.  This is where you can see your child's grades, lunch menus, school bills, and family information.  We encourage every parent to use this program every week.

Accessing ParentsWeb on FACTS

If you already have a FACTS school account, then you do not need to set up anything new.  This form is for new parents accessing FACTS for the first time.

It is very important to access your FACTS account to view your students information and current bills you may have with the school.  The following are instructions on how to set up your new FACTS account.  Please call the school office if you have any questions.

  • Using your computer, go to https://factsmgt.com/
or click the blue title above.
  • Click Parent Log In and a drop down menu will appear which you will click FACTS Family Portal (Parentsweb)
  • Click Create New Family Portal Account.
  • Type the school's District Code:  SP-AR
  • At the beginning of the year, the school collects contact information from each parent.  Type the email address you gave the school and click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to create your account. The link is active for 6 hours.
  • Follow the instructions in the email.

Remind

Remind.com is a way for the school and teachers to send important messages instantly to your phones or computers.  We use remind to send weekly overviews, up-coming events, weekly lunch menus, and more.  This is also how parents and teachers can communicate daily without handing out their personal phone numbers.

During the first week of school, teachers will send home information on how to access remind, so please look for this information in your child's folder.
You will need to create an account first.  Then your teachers will give you their classroom codes to begin communications.

You can also contact the
school to help you with this information.
